With the improvement of living standards, the demands of medical and health care is becoming more and more concerned. This papers takes Dongchangfu District of Liaocheng City in Shandong province as the research area.Based on the road traffic network, and comprehensive hospital and population community, the Gauss two-step mobile search method and network analysis OD cost matrix are used to analyze the accessibility of medical treatment in Dongchangfu District of Liaocheng City.Taking the number of the beds available to per thousand patients as the accessibility index, this study discussed the construction of medical facilities in Dongchangfu District of Liaocheng City according to the accessibility of medical treatment at the cost of time. The results show as follows:①general hospitals in Dongchangfu District tend to be clustered and unevenly distributed;②hospitals in Dongchangfu District are mainly near the Liuyuan Street;the accessibility of hospitals in the whole study area is centered on Liuyuan Street and distributed in circles;the accessibility of hospitals in Dongchangfu District decreases from level 7 to level 1 from the center of the city to the edge;③The results of medical accessibility under time cost vary greatly from the center to the edge, which is closely related to the road network level and density.
