Steel Structure Design of Central Hall of Tianjin National Convention and Exhibition Center

摘要 天津国家会展中心中央大厅采用了树形结构柱,每个树形结构柱为一个稳定的结构单元,通过屋面刚梁将树形结构柱单元连成连续的框架,形成刚度较大的整体结构体系。树形结构柱的树干采用十字交叉箱型变截面构件;树杈部分上下两层,下部分杈采用箱型变截面构件,上部分杈、分杈间拉梁及树形结构柱间屋面刚梁采用箱型截面构件。本文对中央大厅结构布置及设计条件做出了详细说明,分析了结构的整体自振特性和正常使用状态下变形情况,采用《钢结构设计标准》(GB 50017-2017)对各构件进行了检验。对关键构件进行了中震不屈服的抗震性能化分析,对整体结构进行了Pushover计算。同时,针对树形结构柱中复杂的关键节点进行了ANSYS有限元计算分析。 The central hall of Tianjin National Convention&Exhibition Center adopts tree-shaped structural columns.Each Tree-shaped structural column is an stable structural unit,and the tree-shaped structural column element is connected into a continuous frame through roof beam,forming an overall structural system with large stiffness.The trunk of the tree-shaped structural column adopts cross-box type variable section members,the branch has two layers.The lower branch adopts variable box-section members,and box section members are adopted for upper branch,beam between the branches and roof beam.In this paper,a detailed description of the structural arrangement and design conditions of the central hall is maded,the natural vibration characteristics of the structure and its deformation under normal service condition are analyzed,the members are checked according to"Standard for design of steel structures"(GB50017-2017).The seismic performance analysis under the requirement of unyielding during moderate earthquake of the key members and the Pushover calculation of the overall structural is carried out.At the same time,the ANSYS finite element analysis is carried out for the complex key nodes in the tree-shaped structural column.
