摘要
本文介绍了位于滨海软土地区的天津国家会展中心主体结构的桩基设计要点,从负摩阻力、水平承载力以及沉降控制等方面进行了分析。介绍了展厅室内地坪的地基处理方案。同时,对室外展场、道路等室外地面的地基处理,从技术、经济等方面比较了堆载预压、CFG桩复合地基处理和浅层地基处理方案。
This paper introduces the pile foundation design points of Tianjin National Convention and Exhibition Center which located in soft soil area near ocean.Negative skin friction,ultimate horizontal bearing capacity of a single pile and final settlement control is analyzed.The exhibition hall ground treatment is presented and its feasibility is proved.The comprehensive comparison for outside ground treatment in technical and economic is carried out.A good project should be considered from its comprehensive comparision of advantages and disadvantages.
