This paper introduced the structure of a cutting and punching compound die for a non-planar light alloy V-shaped rod in automatic production line,difficulties for using and solutions.Its unique die structure of blank cutting,punching and waste removal effectively ensured the finish of these processes at one time.The post-sequence processing of machine tools is eliminated,the production efficiency is improved and the processing cost is saved.
