摘要
尾门外板是车身覆盖件中开启闭合零件之一。以某SUV尾门外板为例,简述了尾门外板通过合理的冲压工艺规划,选择合适的压料面,进行拉延模面的工艺补充优化设计,并通过CAE软件仿真模拟分析,提前对产品可能出现的缺陷进行研究,提升了产品的质量,减少了后期因设计变更而造成的成本浪费。
The outer panel of tailgate is one of the open and close parts in the body cover.Taking the outer panel of SUV tailgate as an example,this paper briefly introduced the complementary and optimal design of drawing die surface for tailgate by reasonable stamping process planning and selecting the right pressing surface.The possible defects of the product were studied in advance through CAE software,which improved the product quality and reduced the cost and waste caused by design changes in the later stage.
