How Does the Vietnamese Communist Party Make Arrangements for the "Two Centennial" Strategic Objectives?

2019年以来,越南共产党以筹备2021年初召开的第十三次代表大会工作为主轴,从各方面推进革新工作,布局越南发展蓝图。筹备工作主要包括以下几个方面:组建大会筹备工作领导小组、确定越共十三大的基本路线和方向、布局经济社会发展战略规划、统筹干部队伍建设和重要人事安排、深入开展党风建设和反腐败斗争、加强社会管控以防止敌对势力破坏等。当前,在严格控制新冠肺炎疫情蔓延的背景下,越共继续推进十三大的各项准备工作,确保国内政治和经济社会的稳定发展,迎接越共十三大的顺利召开。

Since 2019,the Communist Party of Vietnam(CPV)has been focusing on the preparation for its 13th National Congress held in early 2021,promoting the innovation work in all respects and laying out the blueprint for Vietnam's development.The preparatory work mainly includes setting up a leading group for the preparatory work of the Congress,determining the basic line and program of the 13th National Congress of the CPV, making strategic plans for economic and social development,coordinating efforts to improve the contingent of officials and make personnel arrangements,deeply refining the conduct of CPV and tightening anti-corruption struggle,and strengthening social control to prevent the destruction of hostile forces.At present,while working hard to fight the COIVD-19,the CPV continues to push forward the preparations for the 13th National Congress,and ensure political stability and economic and social development,in order to welcome the successful convening of the 13th National Congress.
