橡胶颗粒冷补沥青混合料的制备与路用性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 为解决当前冷补沥青混合料耐久性差、易发生二次开裂等问题,采用90#道路沥青为基质沥青,并加入乙烯基玻璃鳞片胶泥、EC-1高性能界面处理剂、ATBC增塑剂等改性剂,制备了高性能冷补液,并以此为胶结材料,在集料中添加一定比例的橡胶颗粒,以提升冷补沥青混合料的耐久性,通过测定不同坑槽尺寸、不同温度下冷补混合料的变形量,对其性能影响进行了分析。结果表明:1)冷补液改良剂的配比对橡胶颗粒冷补沥青混合料的级联裹覆率有较大影响;2)冷补液改良剂A∶B∶C的最佳配合比为1.5∶3.5∶3;3)橡胶颗粒的添加有效增强了橡胶颗粒冷补沥青混合料的抗竖向变形能力,降低了抗滑性能衰减速率,坑槽尺寸的增大、温度的升高,都使橡胶颗粒冷补沥青混合料的竖向变形增大,冷补沥青混合料具有优良的水稳定性和低温抗裂性。 In order to solve the problems of poor durability and secondary cracking of cold patching asphalt mixture,90#road asphalt is used as base asphalt,and vinyl glass flake cement,EC-1 high-performance interface treatment agent,ATBC plasticizer and other modifiers are added to prepare high-performance cold patching fluid,which is also used as cementitious material.A certain proportion of rubber particles are added to the aggregate to improve the durability ofthe Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture.Its performance is analyzed by measuring the deformation of cold patching mixture under different pit sizes and temperatures.The results show that:1)the ratio of cold make-up liquid modifier has a great influence on the cascade coating rate of rubber particle cold patchingasphalt mixture;2)the best mix ratio of cold make-up liquid modifier A∶B∶C is 1.5∶3.5∶3;3)the addition of rubber particles effectively enhances the vertical deformation resistance of rubber particles cold patchingasphalt mixture,and reduces the degradation rate of anti-sliding performance.With the increase of pit size and temperature,the vertical deformation of rubber particle cold patching asphalt mixture increases.Cold patching asphalt mixture has excellent water stability and low temperature crack resistance.
