摘要 芜湖二桥首次采用全体外预应力节段预制拼装连续梁,为全面研究这种结构承载能力特性及结构安全性能,开展了全体外预应力节段拼装连续梁桥足尺模型承载能力试验。足尺模型试验以背景工程5×40 m结构为原型,采用"1跨+1/3跨"的试验梁设计方案,对支点截面承载能力设计最大负弯矩和中截面承载能力设计最大正弯矩进行检验。试验结果表明,逐跨架设和较差锚固的全体外预应力连续梁的支点断面具有较高承载能力安全储备,芜湖二桥引桥用节段梁的承载能力满足要求,在达到承载能力设计最大弯矩是体外束的应力增量为62 MPa。 Wuhu Second Bridge is a continuous bridge which appliesexternal prestressed segmental prefabrication firstly.To comprehensively study the bearing capacity and the safety performance,the fullscale carry capacity experiment of external prestressed segmental prefabrication was conducted.The full-scale experiment wasused 5×40 m as the prototype in the background project,and selects"one and one third span"as the experimental program.The maximum negative momentof the fulcrum section and the maximum positive moment of the designed bearing capacity of the mid-span section.were tested.The result shows that the supportingsection of external prestressed continuous bridge has sufficient bearingcapacity.The segmental beam used in the approach bridge of Wuhu Second Bridge meets the requirements of bearing capacity.The stress increment in external tendon is 62 MPa when the beam bears the maximum carrying capacity in design.
