尿糖与尿微量白蛋白检测在早期糖尿病肾病诊断中的应用价值 被引量:10

摘要 目的探析尿糖及尿微量白蛋白检测在早期糖尿病肾病诊断中的临床价值。方法选取52例早期糖尿病肾病患者作为研究组,另选取52例接受体检的健康正常志愿者作为对照组。两组均进行尿糖及尿微量白蛋白的检测。比较两组尿糖及尿微量白蛋白含量、尿糖与尿微量白蛋白阳性检出率。结果研究组尿糖、尿微量白蛋白含量分别为(3.59±1.18)mmol/L、(35.71±12.58)mg/L,均明显高于对照组的(2.93±1.52)mmol/L、(18.19±7.60)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组尿糖及尿微量白蛋白的阳性检出率分别为73.08%、92.31%,对照组尿糖及尿微量白蛋白的阳性检出率分别为5.77%、3.85%;研究组尿糖及尿微量白蛋白的阳性检出率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿糖及尿微量白蛋白联合检测可以提高对早期糖尿病肾病患者的诊断,使患者得到及时有效的治疗,值得在临床中加以推广。 Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical value of urine glucose and microalbuminuria in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods There were 52 cases of early diabetic nephropathy selected as the research group,and another 52 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination as the control group.The urine glucose and microalbuminuria were detected in the two groups.The content of urine glucose and microalbuminuria and positive detection rate of urine glucose and microalbuminuria were compared between the two groups.Results The content of urine glucose and microalbuminuria of the research group were(3.59±1.18)mmol/L and(35.71±12.58)mg/L,which were obviously higher than(2.93±1.52)mmol/L and(18.19±7.60)mg/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive detection rate of urine glucose and microalbuminuria of the research group were 73.08%and 92.31%,which were 5.77%and 3.85%.The positive detection rate of urine glucose and microalbuminuria of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of urine glucose and microalbuminuria can improve the diagnosis of patients with early diabetic nephropathy and enable them to receive timely and effective treatment.It is worthy of promotion in the clinic.
