复合式小梁切除术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of compound trabeculectomy on primary angle-closure glaucoma

目的探讨复合式小梁切除术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的效果。方法96例原发性闭角型青光眼患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各48例。对照组采取传统小梁切除术,研究组采取复合式小梁切除术。对比两组术前、术后1个月与3个月时的眼压水平及术后并发症发生情况。结果术后1、3个月时,研究组眼压水平分别为(14.2±2.0)、(16.5±3.0)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),均低于对照组的(17.8±2.3)、(19.8±3.2)mm Hg,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率为4.17%,低于对照组的18.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复合式小梁切除术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼效果确切,安全性佳,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of compound trabeculectomy on primary angle-closure glaucoma.Methods A total of 96 patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma as study subjects were divided into control group and research group according to random numerical table,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional trabeculectomy,and the research group was treated with compound trabeculectomy.The intraocular pressure before operation,1 month and 3 months after operation levels and occurrence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results 1 month and 3 months after operation,the intraocular pressure of the research group were(14.2±2.0)and(16.5±3.0)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),which were lower than(17.8±2.3)and(19.8±3.2)mm Hg of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 4.17%of the research group was lower than 18.75%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound trabeculectomy shows affirmative effect on primary angle-closure glaucoma with high safety,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
