甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年阴道炎患者的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical effect of metronidazole suppository combined with estrogen ointment in the treatment of elderly patients with vaginitis

目的分析老年性阴道炎患者采用甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗的临床效果。方法66例老年性阴道炎患者,随机分为对照组与干预组,各33例。对照组采用甲硝唑栓治疗,干预组采用甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)水平。结果干预组治疗总有效率96.97%明显优于对照组的72.73%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者不良反应发生率仅为3.03%,明显低于对照组的21.21%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,干预组患者的血清FSH、E2水平均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年性阴道炎患者的治疗中,采取甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗效果显著,可以推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of metronidazole suppository combined with estrogen ointment in the treatment of elderly patients with vaginitis.Methods A total of 66 elderly patients with vaginitis were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole suppository,and the intervention group was treated with metronidazole suppository combined with estrogen ointment.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactins and serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 96.97%of the intervention group was obviously better than 72.73%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the intervention group was 3.03%,which was obviously lower than 21.21%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in serum FSH and E2 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum FSH and E2 of the intervention group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole suppository combined with estrogen ointment shows remarkable effect in the treatment of elderly patients with vaginitis,and can be promoted.
