关于湖南中医药新兴产业链建设的思考与建议

Thoughts and Suggestions on the Construction of Hunan's Emerging Industrial Chain of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医药具有“五大资源”的优势,中医药产业是国家重点发展的战略性新兴产业。如何促进中医药新兴产业链的形成,是当前中医药产业发展的关键性问题。本文立足于湖南,着力厘清湖南中医药新兴产业链发展的基础与问题,通过聚力体制机制改革和政策环境优化、规范化种植和科技化生产、产业聚集和科技创新、做强市场和做优服务、产业整合和品牌建设等相关措施打造湖南中医药千亿级新兴产业链,旨在以此启发构建中医药产业链的模式与思路,为促进湖南及全国的中医药产业发展提供有益探索。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has the advantage of"five major resources"and is a strategic emerging industry that the country focuses on development.How to promote the formation of a new industrial chain of TCM is a key issue in the development of the current TCM industry.Based on Hunan,this paper focused on clarifying the basis and problems of the development of Hunan's emerging industrial chain of TCM.Through the reform of the system and mechanism and optimization of the policy environment,standardized planting and technological production,industrial clustering and technological innovation,strengthening the market and providing better services,industrial integration and brand building related measures,a 100 billion-level emerging TCM industrial chain is built in Hunan,aiming to inspire models and ideas for constructing a TCM industrial chain,and provide useful explorations for promoting the development of TCM industry in Hunan and the whole country.
