湖湘中医药学科建设的发展与思考

Development and Thinking of Discipline Construction of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Huxiang

湖湘中医药学科建设是我国高等中医药教育学科建设的重要组成部分,湖南中医药大学也是湖湘中医药学科的首创单位和发源地之一。作为高校管理者和研究者,新形势下振兴发展中医药,将近二十年组建学科的经验和教训加以总结凝练,积极开展湖湘中医药学科建设的角色定位、发展方向、建设路径,特别是对人才培养、师资队伍、科学研究、平台建设、国际交流等要素的互动关系的深入探讨,以期助力更多同行来夯实湖湘中医药学科的根基。

The discipline construction of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in Huxiang is an important part of the discipline construction of higher TCM education in China,and Hunan University of Chinese Medicine is also one of the first units and birthplaces of Huxiang TCM discipline.As administrators and researchers of colleges and universities,it is necessary to summarize the experience and lessons of nearly 20 years of discipline establishment in order to promote the development of TCM in the new situation.The role orientation,development direction and construction path of TCM discipline construction in Huxiang are actively carried out,especially the interaction among talent cultivation,teaching staff,scientific research,platform construction and international exchange are deeply explored to help more colleagues to consolidate the foundation of TCM discipline in Huxiang.
