摘要
目的:观察绩效考核方案在新入职护士床边综合能力培训中的应用效果。方法=2015-2016届新入职护士为对照组,采用传统考核方式;2017-2018届新入职护士为观察组,采用绩效考核方式,评价观察组绩效考核优秀率,同时比较2组轮转期间床边综合能力考核、科室培训满意度。结果:实施绩效考核方案后,观察组绩效考核成绩优秀率为70.6%;床边综合能力考核成绩(76.9±0.51),对照组为(65.75±0.73),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组科室培训满意度(93.88±0.88),对照组为(84.22±0.32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对新入职护士实施绩效考核方案能提高护士自学能力,锻炼护士床边综合能力,提高科室培训满意度。
[Objective]To observe the efficacy of performance appraisal program in the comprehensive ability to train newly recruited bedside nurses.[Method]The 2015-2016 newly recruited nurses were selected as the control group,and the traditional assessment method was adopted;the 2017-2018 newly recruited nurses were selected as the observation group.The performance appraisal method was adopted to evaluate the performance appraisal excellent rate of the observation group,and at the same time,the bedside comprehensive ability appraisal and department training satisfaction during the rotation of the two groups were compared.[Result]After the implementation of the performance appraisal program,the outstanding performance appraisal rate of the observation group was 71%.The bedside comprehensive ability evaluation score of the observation group was improved to(76.9±0.51),while the control group was only(65.75±0.73).Observation group training satisfaction was(93.88±0.88),while the control group was only(84.22±0.32),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The implementation of the performance appraisal program for newly recruited nurses can improve the self-learning ability of nurses,exercise the comprehensive ability of nurses at the bedside,and improve the satisfaction of department training.
