摘要 目的:探讨专科化游戏干预体系的构建及其在学龄前患儿围手术期中的应用效果。方法:随机选取2017年2月至2018年2月小儿外科收治的学龄前患儿择期手术138例为研究对象,按入院时间先后顺序分组,先入院的69例患儿为常规组,给予常规围手术期护理;后入院的69例患儿为干预组,对患儿的围手术期护理实施专科化游戏干预。采用自制量表比较2组患儿的治疗依从率;采用简化版改良耶鲁围手术期焦虑量表(mYPAS-SF)对2组患儿术前访视后(T1)、进入手术室(T2)及术后返回病房(T3)的焦虑评分进行比较。结果:干预组治疗依从率97.10%明显高于常规组的85.51%;干预组T1、T2及T3的焦虑评分均明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:专科化游戏干预体系在围手术期学龄前患儿中的构建与实施,能够有效增强患儿的治疗依从性,缓解患儿围手术期的焦虑情绪。 [Objective] To explore the construction of specialized game intervention system and its application effect in preschool children’s perioperative period. [Method] 138 preschool children with elective surgery admitted in pediatric surgery from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly selected as the study object, according to the sequence of admission time, 69 children who were admitted to the hospital first were in the routine group who were given routine perioperative nursing. The 69 children who were admitted to the hospital later were in the intervention group, and specialized game intervention was implemented for the perioperative care of the children. The treatment compliance rate of the two groups was compared by self-designed scale. The modified Yale pre operational anxiety scale short form(mypas-sf) was used to compare the anxiety scores of the two groups after preoperative visit(T1), after entering the operating room(T2) and after returning to the ward(T3). [Result] The treatment compliance rate of intervention group was 97.10%, which was significantly higher than that of routine group(85.51%);The anxiety scores of T1, T2 and T3 in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The construction and implementation of specialized game intervention system in preschool children in perioperative period can effectively enhance the treatment compliance of children so as to relieve the anxiety of children during the perioperative period.
