摘要
目的:探讨患者参与饮食管理对围术期直肠癌患者营养状况和术后康复的影响。方法:2018年1-12月84例直肠癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上由患者参与饮食管理,比较2组营养状态及康复指标。结果:出院后4周,对照组PA、ALB、TP明显降低(P<0.05),观察组PA、ALB、TP较术前无明显变化(P>0.05),且明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组饮食摄入量比较无差异(P>0.05);观察组排便功能评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),BMI和生活质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:患者参与饮食管理能够改善直肠癌患者术后营养状况,促进患者康复。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of patient participation-based dietary intervention on nutritional status and postoperative rehabilitation patients with rectal cancer. [Method] 84 patients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, the patients in the observation group were given patient participation-based dietary intervention, and the nutritional status and rehabilitation index were compared. [Result] 4 weeks after discharge, the levels of PA, ALB and TP in the control group were significantly lower than those before operation(P<0.05), the levels in the observation group were not significantly different from those before operation(P>0.05), and significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in dietary intake between the two groups(P>0.05). The parenteral nutrition time and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05), and the BMI and quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The patient participation-based dietary intervention can improve the postoperative nutritional status and promote the rehabilitation of patients with rectal cancer.
