摘要 目的:探究家属同步教育对老年脑出血患者心理弹性及家属焦虑状况的影响。方法:选择我院2017年6月至2019年6月神经内科脑出血住院患者212例为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为2组。对照组开展常规护理模式,观察组开展家属同步教育模式,比较2组患者疾病知识知晓度、心理弹性及患者家属焦虑状况。结果:干预后观察组患者疾病知晓度评分,力量、乐观性、坚韧性因子评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组家属SAS评分、焦虑症状发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年脑出血住院患者,开展家属同步教育,有利于提升患者疾病知识知晓度,增强其心理弹性,降低患者家属焦虑水平。 [Objective] To investigate the effect of family members’ synchronous education on mental resilience and family members’ anxiety in aged patients with cerebral hemorrhage. [Method] A total of 212 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in the department of neurology from June 2017 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected as the study object. Accorded to the order of admission, the patients were divided into two groups, 106 patients each. The control group carried out routine nursing mode, and the observation group carried out synchronous education mode for family members. The observation and comparison of disease knowledge awareness, mental resilience and anxiety of family members of patients in the two groups were conducted. [Result] After intervention, the score of disease awareness in the observation group was significantly higher than control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The incidence of SAS scores and anxiety symptoms of the observation group were significantly lower than control group after intervention, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The application of family education in the elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage can improve their knowledge of disease, enhancing their mental resilience and reducing their anxiety.
