Objective To explore the relationship between HPV infection and vaginal microecology and inflammatory responses. Methods Seventy patients with HPV infection who were treated in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the Observation group.Seventy patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were randomly selected as the control group. Before and after treatment, detections of HPV,vaginal secretion and inflammatory reactions were performed in both groups. The basic conditions of patients in the two groups was observed and compared. Results The rate of HPV infection in the observation group(31 cases of high-risk HPV infection,44.3%;39 cases of low-risk HPV infection,55.7%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(2 cases of high-risk HPV infection,2.8%;5 cases of low-risk HPV infection,7.1%)(t=38.3140,33.3450,all P<0.05).The vaginal micro-ecology in the observation group(3000±50 for Lactobacilli,1050±100 for anaerobic bacteria,800±65 for aerobic bacteria)was significantly lower than in the control group(5114±222 for Lactobacillus,2334±100 for anaerobic bacteria,1500±100 for aerobic bacteria)(t=15.3951,14.5211,16.1260,all P<0.05).The incidence of vaginal inflammation in the observation group[29(41.43%)cases of Trichomonas vaginalis,22(31.43%)cases of candida vaginitis,19(27.14%)cases of bacterial vaginitis]were significantly higher than in the control group[11(15.71%)cases of Trichomonas vaginalis,9(12.86%)cases of Candida vaginitis,8(11.43%)cases of bacterial vaginitis](χ^2=11.3400,7.0020,5.5520,all P<0.05).Conclusion Clinically,HPV infection is very common with concurrent vaginal inflammation;the patients have decreased normal vaginal flora and imbalanced vaginal micro-ecological environment.
