摘要
从日照紫贻贝Mytilus edulis养殖区随机抽取204个样体,雄性92个,雌性112个,平均体质量9.36g,壳长51.77mm,测量了壳长、壳高、壳宽、壳重、外韧带长和体质量等生物学指标,用通径分析等方法研究了形态性状与重量性状的相互关系。结果表明:紫贻贝重量指标的变异系数大于形态性状,雄雌个体的各项指标之间差异不显著(P>0.05),形态性状和重量性状相关性非常显著(P<0.01)。通径分析和多元回归分析结果表明,影响体质量和壳重的主要因子是壳长和壳宽,影响软体重的主要因子是壳长。壳长和壳宽对体质量、软体重和壳重的回归方程分别为:Y1=-16.077+0.442XSL+0.133XSW,Y2=-10.176+0.318XSL,Y3=-5.847+0.156XSL+0.42XSW,其中Y1、Y2、Y3分别代表体质量、软体重和壳重,XSL、XSW分别代表壳长和壳宽。研究结果可为紫贻贝选育提供了相关参考,有利于在实际中制定合理的选择育种方案。
Morphological parameters including shell length, shell height, shell width, outer ligament length, body weight and shell weight were measured in 204 samples, including 92 males and 112 females, with an average body weight of 9.36 g and a shell length of 51.77 mm, of mussel Mytilus edulis collected randomly from mussel farming area at coastal Rizhao, Shandong Province, and relationship between morphological traits and weight traits of the mussel was analyzed by path analysis. The results showed that there was greater coefficient of variation in the weight parameters of mussel than that in the morphological traits, the weight traits showing greater potential for selection, without significant difference in growth of male and female(P > 0.05), with very significant correlation between morphological traits and weight traits(P < 0.01). Path analysis and multiple regression analysis revealed that shell length and shell width were the main factors affecting body weight and shell weight, and that shell length was the main factor that affected soft body weight. The regression equations of shell length and shell width for body weight, soft body weight and shell weight were expressed as Y1=-16.077+0.442 XSL+0.133 XSW, Y2=-10.176+0.318 XSL, and Y3 =-5.847+0.156 XSL+ 0.42 XSW, where Y1, Y2 and Y3 represent body weight, soft body weight and shell weight, respectively, XSL and XSW represent shell length and shell width, respectively. The finding provides relevant reference for the evaluation of the breeding of mussel, and helpful for the formulation of a reasonable selection breeding scheme in practice.
