摘要
目的:探讨认知行为治疗(CBT)对网络游戏障碍患者内隐认知偏倚的影响。方法:入组网络游戏障碍患者29例(研究组)与健康对照者30名(对照组)。对研究组进行CBT,疗程为8周;治疗前后应用网络游戏信息相关的图片对患者进行反应/不反应Go/No-go内隐关联试验(GNAT),包括正向试验与反向试验,观察指标为Go刺激的正确率、反应时及No-go刺激的错误率。结果:治疗后,研究组正向试验反应时及正确率低于治疗前,错误率高于治疗前(t=1.879,1.908,2.431;P均<0.05);反向试验的反应时长于治疗前,正确率高于治疗前,错误率低于治疗前(t=2.117,2.453,1.112;P均<0.05)。正、反向试验各指标与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论:CBT能够改善网络游戏障碍患者的内隐认知偏倚,具有治疗价值。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT)on implicit cognition bias in patients with internet gaming disorder.Method:29 patients with internet gaming disorder were enrolled as the research group and 30 healthy controls were enrolled as the control group.The research group were treated with CBT for 8 weeks.An internet game information-related Go/No-go implicit Association Task(GNAT)was measured at baseline and after CBT in the research group,including positive direction trial and reverse direction trial.Hit rate of Go stimuli,reaction times(RTs)and False rate of No-go stimuli were used for the analysis.Results:After treatment,in the positive direction trial,RTs and Hit rate were lower and False rate was higher in the research group than before(t=1.879,1.908,2.431;all P<0.05).While in the reverse direction trial,RTs and Hit rate were higher and False rate was lower than before(t=2.117,2.453,1.112;all P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the positive and reverse tests between two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion:CBT can improve implicit cognition in the patients with internet gaming disorder,which might be a useful treatment method.
