猪粪厌氧消化产气性能与物质流研究

摘要 为了探究畜禽粪便在厌氧消化过程中的物质转化效率,文章以猪粪为发酵原料,以沼气站沼液为接种物,通过测定日产气量、总产气量、甲烷含量、TS和VS去除率等数据,借助物质流分析方法,分析了厌氧消化过程在不同时期的气相、液相和固相中的物质转化规律。实验结果表明猪粪厌氧消化累积产气量为18280 mL,其TS和VS去除率分别为40.17%和56.30%,整个厌氧消化过程中的平均甲烷含量和二氧化碳含量分别为62.34%和28.35%。物质流和生命周期评价结果表明碳元素的流向为:生物气35.52%,沼渣56.22%,沼液8.26%;氮元素在的物质流向为:沼液为50.57%,沼渣为49.43%。该研究为猪粪的资源化管理和利用提供了理论依据。 To explore the conversion efficiency of animal manure in anaerobic digestion,in this paper,pig manure was used as the fermentation raw material and the slurry of biogas digester was used as inoculum.By measuring the daily gas production,total gas production,methane content,TS and VS removal rate,and with the help of the material flow analysis,the material transformation rule of the anaerobic digestion process in the gas phase,liquid phase and solid phase at different stages were analyzed.The results showed that the removal rates of TS and VS were 40.17%and 56.30%,respectively,and the average methane content and carbon dioxide content of biogas during the whole AD process were 62.34%and 28.35%,respectively.The cumulative biogas production of the pig manure was 18280 mL.The material flow and life cycle evaluation showed that the carbon flow directions were:biogas 35.52%,biogas residue 56.22%and biogas slurry 8.26%;the material flow directions of nitrogen element were:biogas slurry 50.57%,biogas residue 49.43%.This study provided a theoretical basis for resource management and utilization of pig manure.
