电子束辐照对PA6/ABS共混合金结构与性能的影响

Effects of Electron Beam Radiation on Structure and Properties of PA6/ABS Blend Alloy

摘要 采用熔融共混方法制备PA6为基体相、ABS为分散相的共混合金。并利用电子束辐照加工技术改性PA6/ABS共混合金,研究了辐照剂量对PA6/ABS共混合金结构与性能的影响。结果表明:在一定的辐照剂量范围内,随着辐照剂量的增加,PA6/ABS共混合金的界面相容性逐渐得到有效的改善;力学强度也随着辐照剂量的增加呈现增加的趋势,在辐照剂量达到30 kGy时,具有较好相容性的PA6/ABS共混合金的综合力学性能最优,拉伸强度26.8 MPa,弯曲强度34.3 MPa,冲击强度13.7 kJ/m^2;电子束辐照对PA6/ABS共混合金的晶型结构无明显的影响,但熔融结晶能力一定程度上受到辐照的破坏。通过电子束辐照加工,解决了半晶PA6和非晶ABS共混合金制备过程中相容性差的难题,是高性能高分子共混合金制备与结构性能调控的有效途径之一。 The blend alloy with PA6 as the matrix phase and ABS as the dispersed phase was prepared by melt blending method. And the electron beam irradiation technology was used to modify the PA6/ABS blend alloy. The effects of irradiation dose on the structure and properties of PA6/ABS blend alloy were investigated. And the results show that within a certain range of radiation dose, with the increase of radiation dose, the interface compatibility between PA6 and ABS is gradually effectively improved. The mechanical properties of the blend alloy can be also improved at appropriate irradiation dose range. When the irradiation dose reaches 30 kGy, the comprehensive mechanical properties of the PA6/ABS blend alloy with good compatibility are the best with tensile strength of 26.8 MPa, bending strength of 34.3 MPa, impact strength of 13.7 kJ/m^2. Electron beam irradiation has no obvious effect on the crystal structure of PA6/ABS blend alloy, but the melting crystallization ability is damaged by irradiation to some extent. The problem of poor compatibility in the preparation of semi-crystal PA6 and amorphous ABS blend alloy was solved by electron beam irradiation, which is one of the effective ways to prepare high performance polymer blend alloy and regulate their structural properties.
