摘要
中国院校研究经过初步形成、规范发展,现在开始走向成熟。经过20年的努力,高校管理者和研究者对开展院校研究有了较高的认同感,对院校研究的探索形成了基本共识,广泛开展了院校研究实践,初步建立了院校研究平台,院校研究机构探索和人才培养取得了初步成效,中国院校研究走向成熟的条件已经具备。但是,在对院校研究的认识、院校研究人员的培养、院校研究机构、合作交流平台以及办学自主权等方面仍存在诸多问题。院校研究走向成熟,要进一步转变观念,完善制度,拓展平台,优化环境。
After preliminary formation and normal development,Institutional Research(IR)in China is now moving towards maturity.After 20 years of efforts,higher recognition of IR has been gained,basic consensus on IR exploration has been formed,extensive IR practice has been carried out,IR platforms have been established,and exploration of IR institutions and IR talent training have become effective,which makes the foundations of IR in China mature.However,there are still some problems in understanding IR,training IR officers,building IR institutions,IR cooperation and exchange platforms,and the running autonomy of colleges and universities.It is necessary to further change the idea,improve the system,expand the platform and optimize the environment when IR is moving towards maturity.
