摘要
目前,中国院校研究人员初具规模,但流动性较大,专业化程度不高。走向成熟的中国院校研究迫切需要专业人员,在人才培养上需要树立三个层次的目标。为实现这些目标,需要健全中国院校研究人才培养体系,努力做到以课程与教材建设为突破口,推进正规教育的专业化;以关键人员培训为突破口,提高在职培训的有效性;以研究习惯培养为突破口,提高工作实践的研究性。
At present,China’s institutional researchers have begun to take shape,but with greater mobility and immature professionalization.For promoting the maturity of China’s institutional research,professionals are urgently needed,and three levels of training objectives should be developed.In order to achieve the objectives,the training system of China’s institutional professionals is needed to be improved as follows:promoting the professionalization of formal education through developing the institutional research curriculum and textbooks;boosting the effectiveness of on-the-job training through training the key personnel;and improving the research level of work practice through forming research habits.
