摘要
本文基于新地理经济学,建立空间杜宾模型,利用2010~2018年中国30个省份的面板数据,实证研究了绿色研发投入对碳生产率的作用机制,以及财政分权对上述机制的调节作用。结果表明:2010~2018年中国省域绿色研发投入和碳生产率均表现出显著的空间集聚效应;加大本地区绿色研发投入不仅对本地区碳生产率具有显著的促进作用,还会带动周边地区碳生产率的提升;财政分权正向调节绿色研发投入对本地区碳生产率的直接效应,负向调节绿色研发投入对相邻地区碳生产率的空间溢出效应。
Based on the new geography,this paper establishes space Durbin model,uses the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China in the past nine years to take an empirical analysis of the relationship between green R&D and carbon productivity,and the role of fiscal decentralization in this relationship.The results show that:from 2010 to 2018,green R&D and carbon productivity in China's provinces shows significant characteristics of spatial agglomeration.Increasing green R&D in the region will not only significantly promote the carbon productivity of the region,but also promote the improvement of carbon productivity in the surrounding areas.Fiscal decentralization positively regulates the direct effect of green R&D on carbon productivity in the region,and negatively regulates the spatial spillover effect of green R&D on carbon productivity in neighboring regions.
