摘要
大庆油田老区已建水驱污水站普遍存在处理含聚合物污水的情况,导致处理难度增加,水质无法稳定达标。为了考察水驱污水处理工艺对含聚合物污水的处理能力,探索达标处理工艺边界条件,选取了来水含聚合物浓度不同的3座典型水驱污水站开展工业级别现场试验,并对试验数据进行了回归分析和吻合性校核,得出了达标处理自然沉降停留时间、混凝沉降停留时间、核桃壳过滤滤速与聚合物浓度的关系式。
Existing water flooding sewage station in old area of Daqing Oilfield usually treats polymer-containing sewage,which increases the sewage treatment difficulty,and causes the treated water quality cannot reach the standard stably.In order to investigate the ability of water flooding sewage treatment process treating polymer-containing sewage,and explore the boundary conditions of the treatment process up to standard,industrial level field test was carried out in three typical water flooding sewage stations with different influent polymer concentrations.Then regression analysis and consistency check were carried out for the field test data.The calculation formula of operation parameters(natural sedimentation retention time,coagulation sedimentation retention time and filter speed of walnut shell filter tank)with polymer concentration was obtained.
