摘要
某污水处理厂采用双膜法对尾水进行再生处理,设计产水能力为2×10^4 m^3/d。通过再生水处理工艺的设计,详细说明了自清洗过滤器、超滤、反渗透、脱碳器等设备设施的配置情况,阐明了运行过程中膜污堵的原因和化学清洗方法。工程运行结果显示,再生水水质能够满足纺织印染用水企业的要求,出水总硬度稳定小于20 mg/L,产水量保持在设计水量的90%以上,反渗透膜平均寿命约为4~5 a,生产每吨再生水的运行成本约为2.33元。
Double membrane process was used to regenerate tail water in a sewage treatment plant with the design capacity of 2×10^4 m^3/d.The allocation situation of self-cleaning filter,ultrafiltration,reverse osmosis,decarburization device and some other facilities was introduced in detail;besides,the reasons of membrane fouling as well as its chemical cleaning methods were elaborated.The operation results of the project showed that,the reclaimed water quality could meet the water requirement for textile printing and dyeing enterprise,the effluent total hardness was lower than 20 mg/L,the water production capacity maintained at above 90%of the design capacity.The average life of the RO membrane was about 4-5 years,the running cost of reclaimed water production was about 2.33 yuan per ton.
