湾区经济成为世界沿海大都市区发展的一种新型空间类型。文章从跨界治理的视角出发,对旧金山大湾区跨界规划治理进行了历史过程与现状模式的分析,指出中国粤港澳大湾区整合发展的核心在于搭建一套多层次、多类型、制度化、权威性的跨界规划协调组织体系,并借鉴旧金山大湾区的经验,提出了具体的跨界规划治理架构设想。

the Great Bay area economy has become a new type of space for the development of metropolitan area in the world.From the perspective of cross-border governance,the article analyses the historical process and current situation model of transboundary planning and governance in the Great Bay area of San Francisco.It is pointed out that the core of the integration and development of the Great Bay area of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao lies in building a multi-level,multi type,institutionalized and authoritative transboundary planning coordination organization system,and according to the big San Francisco.The experience of the bay area has put forward a specific framework for cross-border planning and governance.
