高频彩超联合MRI在早期鉴别诊断含钙化灶乳腺良恶性病变的价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析高频彩超联合MRI在早期鉴别诊断含钙化灶乳腺良恶性病变的价值。方法:回顾分析2018年7月~2019年7月于我院就诊的40例含钙化灶乳腺恶性病变患者(恶性组)和50例含钙化灶乳腺良性病变患者(良性组),两组患者均采用高频彩超和MRI检查,对比两组患者乳腺肿块特征、血流分级和联合检查的检出率。结果:经高频彩超检查,恶性组肿块形态不规则、内部钙化、腋窝淋巴结异常、包膜不完整和边界毛刺状等检出率均高于良性组(P<0.05);经高频彩超检查,恶性组Ⅱ、Ⅲ级血流均高于良性组(P<0.05);经MRI检查,恶性组不规则形状、不规则边缘和强化不均匀等均高于良性组(P<0.05);高频彩超与MRI联合的检出率高于两者单独检查(P<0.05),三种检查方式,恶性组检出率均高于良性组(P<0.05)。结论:在早期鉴别诊断含钙化灶乳腺良恶性病变时,同时采用高频彩超和MRI检查对提高诊断准确率有重要意义。 Objective:to analyze the value of high-frequency color ultrasound combined with MRI in the early differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions with calcification.Methods:retrospective analysis in July 2018 to July 2019 in our hospital of 40 cases with calcifications mammary gland(malignant group) and 50 patients with malignant lesions including calcifications in patients with breast benign lesions(benign group), two groups of patients by using high frequency colour to exceed and MRI, compared two groups of patients with breast lumps characteristics, classification and blood flow rate of joint inspection.Results:after high-frequency color ultrasonography, the malignant group had higher detection rates of irregular shape, internal calcification, abnormal axillary lymph nodes, incomplete capsule and burr boundary than the benign group(P<0.05). By high frequency colour to exceed examination, Ⅱ, Ⅲ level blood malignant group were higher than in benign group(P<0.05);By MRI, the irregular shape, irregular edge and uneven enhancement were higher in the malignant group than in the benign group(P<0.05). The detection rate of the combination of high frequency color ultrasound and MRI was higher than that of the independent examination(P<0.05), and the detection rate of the malignant group was higher than that of the benign group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the early diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions with calcification, it is of great significance to use high-frequency color ultrasound and MRI simultaneously to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
