基于馆校合作的教师培训项目实践研究——以上海自然博物馆“博老师研习会”为例 被引量:8

摘要 近年来国内的馆校合作备受关注,与丰富多样的学生项目相比,教师项目的理论和实践研究还非常有限,本文在梳理国外博物馆教师培训经验的基础上,以上海自然博物馆“博老师研习会”为例,介绍了项目的背景、目的和效果,并通过问卷、访谈等方式调查了教师和馆员的需求、反馈,剖析了博物馆教师培训工作的现状和发展方向,以期为同行提供一些思路和可探讨的问题。 In recent years,people have paid more and more attention on museum-school collaboration.But compared with the rich variety of student projects,the study and practice on teacher projects are limited.Based on the study of teacher training program aboard,this paper analyses"Teacher Bo's Seminar"of Shanghai Natural History Museum.Through the means of questionnaire and interviews,we can know the requirements of teachers and museum staffs,and to evaluate the effect of this teacher training program.This paper analyses the current situation,problems and future development of teacher training program,in order to give some suggestions and point put some questions that are worthy of further studies.
