摘要
目前国内流量标准装置多为传统固定式流量标准装置,其送检周期长、流量仪表需拆卸送往专业机构检定、检定效率低等因素逐渐不被广大厂家认可。而装置的软件系统中缺乏计量检定信息管理功能,不利于实现计量工作的可追溯性。针对以上问题,提出一种基于装置中运行与管理系统的开发及实现,并对其相关功能及实现方法进行了详细的研究。虚拟仪器技术操作简便、交互友好,能够以较高的检定效率实现工业现场标定及信息数据的管理。测试结果表明系统可依据设计逻辑路径运行,能够实现预期的设计目标,数据传输可靠,检定效率高。
This paper puts forward the development and implementation of the operation and management system based on the device,and makes a detailed study of its related functions and implementation methods.Based on virtual instrument technology,it is easy to operate and friendly to each other.It can achieve industrial field calibration and information data management with high verification efficiency.The test results show that the system can run according to the design logic path,achieve the expected design goals,reliable data transmission and high verification efficiency.
