kiss-1基因rs5780218和rs4889多态性与多囊卵巢综合征的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 为探究kiss-1基因rs5780218和rs4889多态性与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的相关性,该研究采集2018年1月-2019年6月就诊于陆军军医大学附属新桥医院妇产科门诊的PCOS患者61例及同期内分泌功能正常的对照患者64例的血液样本,检测患者kiss-1基因rs5780218和rs4889多态性,检测空腹血糖、FSH、LH、T及血清kisspeptin的表达并分析其相关性。结果显示PCOS患者血清kisspeptin表达水平与LH显著正相关(R=0.544,P<0.001)。与对照组相比,rs5780218多态性在PCOS中并无显著改变,而rs4889基因型及等位基因频率在PCOS组中呈现显著差异。与rs4889 G/G基因型相比,rs4889 C/C基因型是PCOS发生的危险因素,且C/C患者表达更高的kisspeptin、LH及T。可推断kiss-1基因rs4889多态性是PCOS发生发展的危险因素,其与PCOS患者kisspeptin表达及内分泌功能异常有关。 To explore the association between kiss-1 rs5780218,rs4889 gene polymorphisms and polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Blood samples of 61 patients with PCOS,admitted to Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Xinqiao Hospital Affiliated to the Army Medical University from Jan 2018 to Jun 2019 and 64 normal patients were collected.Polymorphism of the kiss-1 gene rs5780218 and rs4889,fasting blood glucose,FSH,LH,T and serum kisspeptin were detected and their correlation was analyzed.Results showed that the expression level of serum kisspeptin in PCOS patients was significantly positively correlated with LH(R=0.544,P<0.001).Compared with the control group,rs5780218 polymorphism showed no significant alterations in PCOS,while rs4889 genotype and allele frequency showed significant differences in the PCOS group.Compared with rs4889 G/G genotype,rs4889 C/C genotype is a risk factor for the initiation of PCOS.Patient’s with C/C genotype expressed higher level of kisspeptin,LH and T.kiss-1 rs4889 gene polymorphism is the risk factor for the development of PCOS,which is also associated with the expression of kisspeptin and abnormal endocrine function in PCOS patients.
