摘要
某型钢索在舰载机着舰过程中发挥至关重要作用,其健康状态安全可靠性引起人们极大关注。采用基于磁桥路检测原理和漏磁检测方法,构建试验检测平台,给出试验方案,并对钢索在拉伸冲击过程中发生的横截面积损失变化情况开展大量试验分析研究。结果表明:钢索金属截面积损失量与其检测信号幅值之间存在线性关系,该方法可以适用于钢索LMA型缺陷定量检测,对检测评估钢索的健康状态具有一定指导意义。
A kind of steel cable plays a vital role in the landing process for the carrier-based aircraft,which healthy condition in safety and reliability is given great public attention.Based on the bridge magnetic detection principle and magnetic flux leakage testing method are applied,the experimental test plat is set up,the test scheme is provided,a large number of experimental studies were carried out about the loss varied of the sectional area for the cable in the condition of being pulled and impacted.The results showed that the linear relationship between the metal section area loss of the cable and the detected signals amplitude was obtained,this method is feasible to the quantitative detection of LMA type cable damage,and which has some certain guiding significance to determine the healthy condition of the cable.
