营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的影响初探

Effect of Nutrition Therapy on Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的统计分析营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的影响效果。方法选取苏州市相城人民医院2018年3月至2019年6月收治的138例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,按随机数字表法分成参照组与研究组,各69例,参照组采取常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上加以营养治疗,将两组孕妇治疗影响效果进行比较。结果实施治疗后,研究组空腹血糖与三餐后2 h血糖水平低于参照组,并发症发生率明显比参照组低,同时孕妇各项健康知识掌握率高于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养治疗对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇有着积极的影响效果,能明显减少并发症发生,控制血糖水平。

Objective To analyze the effect of nutritional therapy on pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 138 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus in Xiangcheng People's Hospital of Suzhou from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into the reference group and the study group with 69 cases in each group.The reference group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given nutritional treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results After the implementation of treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h blood glucose after three meals in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the reference group.At the same time,the mastering rate of health knowledge of pregnant women was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutrition therapy has a positive effect on pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,which can significantly reduce complications and control blood glucose level.
