生物电刺激对剖宫产产妇盆底肌功能和术后康复的影响

Effects of Bio-electric Stimulation on Pelvic Floor Muscle Function and Postoperative Rehabilitation in Cesarean Section

摘要 目的探讨生物电刺激对剖宫产产妇盆底肌功能和术后康复的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月东南大学医学院附属江阴医院收治的60例剖宫产产妇,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各30例。对照组产妇采用常规功能锻炼方法,研究组产妇在对照组基础上实施生物电刺激疗法,比较两组盆底肌功能(I类和II类肌纤维电位)和术后康复情况(排气时间、排便时间、术后3 d子宫复旧)。结果治疗前,两组产妇盆底肌I类和II类肌纤维电位比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组产妇盆底肌I类和II类肌纤维电位高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇排气时间、排便时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组术后3 d宫底高度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物电刺激可以改善剖宫产产妇盆底肌功能,促进术后康复。 Objective To investigate the effect of bioelectrical stimulation on pelvic floor muscle function and postoperative rehabilitation of parturients undergoing cesarean section.Methods A total of 60 cases of cesarean section in Jiangyin Hospital,School of Medicine,Southeast University from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group was given routine functional exercise,and the study group was given bioelectrical stimulation therapy on the basis of the control group.The pelvic floor muscle function(type I and II muscle fiber potential)and postoperative rehabilitation(exhaust time,defecation time,uterine involution 3 days after operation)were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle type I and II muscle fiber potential of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The exhaust time and defecation time of the study group were earlier than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the uterine fundus height of the study group was lower than that of the control group 3 days after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bioelectrical stimulation can improve the function of pelvic floor muscle and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
