经尿道前列腺等离子切除术后联合中药汤剂应用治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Transurethral Prostatectomy Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction

目的探析经尿道前列腺等离子切除术后联合中药汤剂治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在江苏省邳州市中医院治疗的良性前列腺增生患者94例为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分成对照组与试验组,每组47例。应用经尿道前列腺等离子切除术治疗者设为对照组,应用经尿道前列腺等离子切除术与中药汤剂联合治疗者设为试验组,对比两组治疗效果、临床相关指标以及治疗前后前列腺症状与生活质量评分。结果针对治疗效果来说,试验组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于临床相关指标来说,试验组导管滞留时间、膀胱冲洗时间、住院时间均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后前列腺症状评分明显低于对照组,生活质量评分明显高于对照组,膀胱残余尿少于对照组,最大尿流率大于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道前列腺等离子切除术后联合中药汤剂治疗的效果十分理想,有助于加快患者术后恢复,提高患者生活质量,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of transurethral plasma resection of prostate combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 94 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects.Transurethral plasma resection of prostate was used as the control group,and transurethral plasma resection and traditional Chinese medicine decoction were used as the experimental group to compare the therapeutic effect,clinical indexes,prostate symptoms and life quality score before and after treatment.Results For the treatment effect,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).For clinical related indicators,the catheter retention time,bladder irrigation time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the prostate symptom score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the score of quality of life was significantly higher than that of the control group,the residual urine of bladder was less than that of the control group,and the maximum urinary flow rate was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of transurethral plasma resection and traditional Chinese medicine decoction is very ideal,which is helpful to accelerate the recovery of patients after operation and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
