大株红景天治疗2型糖尿病肾病的效果及对尿白蛋白的影响

Effect of Rhodiola Rosea on Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy and Its Effect on Urinary Albumin

目的探讨2型糖尿病肾病患者行缬沙坦联合大株红景天治疗的效果及对患者临床指标水平的作用。方法选取2017年1月至2019年6月南通市通州区中医院收治的2型糖尿病肾病患者58例进行研究观察,根据患者病案编号进行分组,对照组患者单纯以缬沙坦药物治疗,观察组患者在其基础上联用大株红景天治疗,观察对比两组治疗效果,检测两组患者治疗前后临床指标,分析变化差异,同时计算两组患者治疗后出现不良反应情况及发生率。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者治疗前检测临床指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后指标均有改善,观察组患者蛋白尿(0.89±0.11)g/24 h、血肌酐(47.89±1.03)umol/L、血尿素氮(4.66±0.19)mmol/L均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,观察组患者治疗后出现不良反应症状较少,总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病肾病患者采取缬沙坦联合大株红景天治疗效果确切,能够降低患者临床指标,用药安全性高,值得应用推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of valsartan combined with large rhodiola in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and its effect on clinical index level.Methods A total of 58 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy admitted from January 2017 to June 2019 in Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were studied and observed.According to the patient's medical record number,the control group was treated with valsartan alone.The patients in the observation group were treated with large rhodiola,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed and compared.The clinical indexes before and after treatment,the difference of changes were analyzed,and the adverse reactions of the patients in each group were calculated.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in clinical indexes before treatment(P>0.05).proteinuria(0.89±0.11)g/24 h、creatinine(47.89±1.03)umol/L、blood ureanitrogen(4.66±0.19)mmol/L was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the adverse reaction symptoms of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion valsartan combined with large rhodiola can reduce the clinical index of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
