氯米芬与来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的促排卵效果

Clomiphene and Letrozole in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Infertility

目的分析枸橼酸氯米芬与来曲唑用于治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕促排卵的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2017年8月至2018年12月在肇庆市第一人民医院就诊的多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者200例的临床资料,按照治疗方案不同将其分成两组,分别为来曲唑组100例与氯米芬组100例,氯米芬组给予基础治疗+枸橼酸氯米芬治疗,来曲唑组给予基础治疗+来曲唑治疗,治疗后比较两组患者子宫内膜厚度、促排卵临床疗效、不良反应发生率与雌二醇情况。结果来曲唑组雌二醇水平低于氯米芬组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);来曲唑组子宫内膜厚度高于氯米芬组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);来曲唑组优势卵泡率、排卵率与妊娠率均高于氯米芬组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);氯米芬组不良反应发生率高于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与枸橼酸氯米芬相比,来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合症不孕患者疗效更为明显,安全性更高,可以在临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of clomiphene citrate and letrozole in the treatment of infertility and ovulation in polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Choose 200 infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who came to the First People's Hospital of Zhaoqing,between August 2017 and December 2018,and divide them into two groups according to different treatment schemes.There are 100 cases of letrozole and 100 patients in the clomifen group,the clomifen group received basic treatment+clomiphene citrate treatment,and the letrozole group received basic treatment+letrozole treatment.After treatment,the endometrial thickness,clinical efficacy of ovulation promotion,The incidence of adverse reactions and estradiol in the menstrual cycle were compared.Results The level of estradiol in the letrozole group was lower than that in the clomiphene group,and there was a significant difference in data comparison between the groups,(P<0.05);the endometrial thickness in the letrozole group was higher than that in the clomiphene group,and the data comparison between the groups was significant difference(P<0.05),the dominant follicle rate,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the letrozole group were higher than those in the clomiphene group,and there was a significant difference in data comparison between the groups(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions in the clomiphene group was higher than that in the control group There is a significant difference in data comparison between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with clomiphene citrate,letrozole is more effective and safer in the treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,and it can be widely used in clinic.
