PDCA模式联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的疗效观察

摘要 目的观察PDCA模式联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染的疗效。方法选取昆山市第二人民医院2018年10月至2019年10月收治的小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿110例进行研究,按随机数字表法分为对照组(55例)与观察组(55例)。两组均给予阿奇霉素治疗,对照组在此基础上实施常规干预,观察组实施PDCA模式。对比两组临床疗效、治疗依从性、症状改善时间及不良反应发生率情况。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各症状缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA模式联合阿奇霉素治疗对小儿肺炎支原体感染疗效显著。 Objective To observe the effect of PDCA nursing mode combined with azithromycin in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods A total of 110 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to the Kunshan Second People's Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with azithromycin,the control group was given routine intervention on this basis,and the observation group was given PDCA mode.The clinical efficacy,treatment compliance,time of symptom improvement and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The remission time of each symptom in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total adverse reaction rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA model combined with azithromycin has a significant effect on Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.
