鼻窦内窥镜手术对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的临床症状及鼻黏液纤毛清除功能的影响

Effects of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery on Clinical Symptoms and Mucociliary Clearance in Patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis

目的探讨对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者采用鼻窦内窥镜手术方法进行治疗后对其鼻黏液纤毛清除功能以及临床症状产生的影响。方法选取高邮市人民医院2016年1月至2019年4月收治的220例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者采用数字奇偶法分为治疗组与对照组,每组110例。治疗组采用鼻窦内窥镜手术方法展开鼻窦炎治疗,对照组采用传统手术方法展开鼻窦炎治疗。就组间鼻窦炎疗效数据、系列症状评分以及鼻黏液纤毛清除功能变化展开对比。结果治疗组慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者总疗效数据(97.27%)显著高于对照组(72.73%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者面部疼痛评分(0.69±0.09)分、头痛评分(0.65±0.12)分、嗅觉障碍评分(1.77±0.32)分、鼻塞评分(0.65±0.11)分以及鼻分泌物评分(0.72±0.06)分均低于对照组(1.72±0.65)分、(1.52±0.29)分、(2.67±0.49)分、(1.72±0.31)分以及(2.03±0.45)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者鼻黏液纤毛清除速度(8.86±0.52)mm/min、鼻黏液纤毛清除率(78.22±6.29)%均高于对照组(6.11±0.51)mm/min以及(70.22±6.15)%,糖精清除时间(20.02±1.03)min短于对照组(24.05±1.06)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻窦内窥镜手术方法的有效运用,可实现慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者疗效全面增强,将其面部疼痛、头痛、嗅觉障碍、鼻塞以及鼻分泌物等系列症状显著改善,并且将鼻黏液纤毛清除功能显著提升,最终实现慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者有效预后。

Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on mucociliary clearance and clinical symptoms in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods A total of 220 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis admitted to Gaoyou City People's Hospital from January 2016 to April 2019 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group with 110 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with endoscopic sinus surgery,while the control group was treated with traditional surgery.The curative effect data,symptom scores and mucociliary clearance function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(97.27%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.73%)(P<0.05),In the treatment group,the facial pain score(0.69±0.09),headache score(0.65±0.12),olfactory disturbance score(1.77±0.32),nasal congestion score(0.65±0.11)and nasal secretion score(0.72±0.06)in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(1.72±0.65),(1.52±0.29),(2.67±0.49),(1.72±0.31)and(2.03±0.45)respectively The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The mucociliary clearance rate(8.86±0.52)mm/min and the nasal mucociliary clearance rate(78.22±6.29)%in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(6.11±0.51)mm/min and(70.22±6.15)%,and the saccharin clearance time(20.02±1.03)min was shorter than that of the control group(24.05±1.06)min(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of endoscopic sinus surgery can enhance the curative effect of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis,significantly improve the facial pain,headache,olfactory disturbance,nasal congestion and nasal secretions,and significantly improve the nasal mucociliary clearance function,and ultimately achieve the effective prognosis of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis.
