摘要 以多应力耦合条件下航天产品高可靠、长寿命设计与验证需求为背景,针对航天机电产品在轨真空、失重条件下机械、热、电等应力作用,故障机理复杂、故障模式多等特点,突破了多应力耦合关系量化关系,提出了一种多应力耦合量化方法,构建了多应力耦合量化的加速寿命试验模型,为后续开展多应力耦合的加速寿命试验提供模型支撑。 Against the background of high-reliability and long-life design and verification requirements of aerospace products under multi-stress coupling conditions,aiming at the mechanical,thermal and electrical stress effects of aerospace electromechanical products under orbital vacuum and weightless conditions,and the complex fault mechanism and multiple failure modes,breaking through the quantification relationship of multi-stress coupling,a multi-stress coupling quantization method is proposed,and a multi-stress coupling quantified accelerated life test model is constructed to provide model support for the subsequent multi-stress coupling accelerated life test.
