摘要
以某大型游乐设施高空飞翔为研究对象,利用ANSYS Workbench软件与有限元分析方法,对整体钢结构建立有限元模型,分别在满载和偏载工况下进行静力学分析,并依据行业规范对分析结果进行安全性评价,选择偏载工况进行结构模态分析,提取前6阶的频率和振型,确定整体结构的动力特性。结果表明:高空飞翔钢结构满足强度要求,且运行过程中设备不会产生共振,分析结果为后续的动力学分析提供依据,为其他游乐设备的设计提供了参考。
Taking the tower swinger as the research object,we adopted ANSYS Workbench software and finite element analysis method to establish the finite element model of the steel structure,carried out static analysis under full load and off-load conditions,and conducted safety evaluation based on the results according to industrial standards.Modal analysis was carried out under off-load conditions,the frequency and mode of the first 6 orders were extracted to determine the dynamic characteristics of the structure.The results showed that the steel structure of the tower swinger met the strength requirements and the equipment did not resonate during operation.This study has provided basis for further dynamic analysis,and reference for the design of other amusement equipment.
