山东省危险废物跨省转移现状及趋势研究

Research on the Status and Trend of Trans-regional Transformation of Hazardous Waste in Shandong Province

跨省转移是危险废物处置的重要组成部分,有助于建立“省域内能力总体匹配、省域间协同合作、特殊类别全国统筹”的危险废物处置体系。通过研究山东省跨省转移危险废物的基本情况和特点,本文指出了跨省转移在解决山东省危险废物地域性处置能力不足问题、优化处置能力和合理布局等方面的积极作用,并对今后一段时间内的转移趋势进行分析,提出现阶段跨省转移存在的问题及相关建议。

Trans-regional transformation is an important part of hazardous waste disposal,which helps to establish a hazardous waste disposal system with"overall matching of provincial capabilities,inter-provincial collaboration,and national overall planning for special categories".By studying the basic situation and characteristics of the transregional transformation of hazardous waste in Shandong Province,this paper points out the positive role of trans-regional transformation in solving the problem of insufficient regional disposal capacity of hazardous waste in Shandong Province,optimizing disposal capacity and rational distribution,and analyzes the transfer trend in the next period of time,and puts forward the problems and related suggestions of trans-regional transformation in the emerging stage.
