土地资源承载力预警评估分析及应用——以天津市武清区为例

Analysis and Application of Early Warning Evaluation of Land Resource Carrying Capacity——Take Wuqing District of Tianjin as an Example

为综合客观评估土地资源承载情况,进而为合理规划社会经济发展提供理论基础,本文针对土地资源承载能力监测预警评估中的需求,从预警角度提出基于空间开发利用的土地资源承载力的评价内容,采用“短板法”全面考虑各要素评价结果,进而得到土地资源承载力预警综合评价结果,并以天津市武清区各乡镇为评价单元开展了案例研究,最后结合土地资源承载状况和预警成因,提出相关改进措施与建议。

In order to comprehensively and objectively assess the carrying capacity of land resources,and then provide a theoretical basis for rational planning of social and economic development,this paper proposed the evaluation content of land resource carrying capacity based on space development and utilization from the perspective of early warning in response to the needs of monitoring and early warning assessment of land resource carrying capacity,adopted the"short board method"to comprehensively consider the evaluation results of each element,and then obtained the comprehensive evaluation results of the early warning of the land resource carrying capacity,and conducted a case study with each town in Wuqing District of Tianjin as the evaluation unit,finally put forward relevant improvement measures and suggestions based on the land resource carrying status and early warning causes.
