摘要
酿酒废水具有高COD、BOD、氨氮、总氮、总磷、SS和低pH等特点,处理较困难。行业内采用物理、化学、生物和联合方法治理酿酒废水,不同技术所采用的技术原理和工艺路线各不相同,并由此表现出各自的优点和不足。本文针对国内白酒酿造过程中产生的废水,系统比较分析了不同处理方法在工艺特点、建设成本、处理效果等方面的差别,总结了处理过程中存在的问题,最后展望了未来此类废水处理新技术的研究方向。
Brewing wastewater has the characteristics of high COD,BOD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,SS,and low pH,and it is difficult to treat.The industry adopts physical,chemical,biological and combined methods to treat brewery wastewater.The technical principles and process routes adopted by different technologies are different,and thus exhibit their own advantages and disadvantages.Aiming at the wastewater generated in the domestic liquor brewing process,this paper systematically compares and analyzes the differences between different treatment methods in terms of process characteristics,construction costs,treatment effects,etc.,summarizes the problems in the treatment process,and finally looks forward to the future research directions of new technologies for such wastewater treatment.
