利用固废制备白炭黑的方法及研究进展

The Method and Research Progress on the Preparation of Silica from Solid Waste

白炭黑的制备方法主要有气相法、沉淀法和固废物提取法,煤矸石、粉煤灰和稻壳都是储存难、利用难,污染环境的固体废弃物。本文着重对固废物提取白炭黑的方法及研究进展进行综述,通过不同的处理方法将固体废弃物中的SiO2提取出来,制备成可用作橡塑填料的白炭黑,同时实现固体废弃物的资源化和高值化利用。

The preparation methods of silica mainly include gas phase method,precipitation method and solid waste extraction method,and coal gangue,fly ash and rice husk are all solid wastes that are difficult to store and utilize,as well pollute the environment.In this paper,the methods and research progress of extraction of silica from solid waste were summarized,SiO2 from solid waste was extracted through different treatment methods and prepared into silica which could be used as rubber and plastic filler,meanwhile,recycling and high-value utilization of solid waste were realized.
