摘要
以广州地铁14号线嘉禾望岗站空调冷却水系统为研究对象,建立了基于实验室数据拟合的系统能效模型。以运行能效为优化指标,对比分析了不同负荷率及湿球温度下不同冷却水量和冷却风量时的冷却水系统能效理论计算值,得到了最佳运行风水比。实际运行数据表明,运行该优化控制策略,可以获得较高的冷却水系统能效,但仍需对部分工况下的冷却水系统能效模型进行修正。
Taking the cooling water system of Jiahe Wanggang Station.of Guangzhou underground railway line 14 as a research object,establishes a fited system energy efficiency model based on laboratory data.Taking the operation energy efficiency as the optimization index,analyses and compares the theoretical calculation values of cooling water system energy efficiency at different load rates and wet-bulb temperatures with different cooling water flow and cooling air rates,and obtains the optimal operation air-water ratio.The actual operation data show that the optimal control strategy can result in higher cooling water system energy efficiency,but the cooling water system energy efficiency model still needs to be modified under some conditions.
