摘要
阐述了为解决白鹤滩水电站左岸100 m级高门槽二期混凝土施工的难题,对传统施工排架+组合模板方案、整体提升模板方案及滑模方案进行创新设计出悬吊式滑模系统,该系统具有安全可靠、可视化操作、适用性强、施工效率和周转使用率高等优点。对门槽二期混凝土悬吊式滑模系统的设计与应用情况等进行了总结和提炼,旨在为同类工程施工提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of phase Ⅱ concrete construction of 100 mhigh gate slot on the left bank of Baihetan Hydropower Station,the traditional bent frame + combined formwork scheme,integral lifting formwork scheme and slip form scheme are innovated,and the suspended slip form system is designed.The system has the advantages of safety and reliability,visual operation,strong applicability,high construction efficiency and turnover utilization rate.This paper summarizes and refines the design and application of the suspended slip form system of the stage Ⅱ concrete of the gate slot,so as to provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
