摘要
介绍了为解决白鹤滩水电站大直径断面的压力管道竖井钢衬回填混凝土入仓问题,在传统固定式分料槽系统的基础上,创新设计出可移动式混凝土旋转分料系统,该系统具有安全可靠,使用、操作及转运简便,适用性强,施工效率和周转使用率高等优点。对可移动式混凝土旋转分料系统的设计、应用等方面进行了总结和提炼,旨在为类似工程施工提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of steel lining backfill concrete casting into penstock shaft with large diameter section in Baihetan Hydropower Station,based on the traditional fixed concrete distribution system,a movable rotary concrete distribution system is innovatively designed.The system has the advantages of safety and reliability,simple use,operation and transfer,strong applicability,high construction efficiency and turnover utilization rate.This paper summarizes and refines the design and application of the movable rotary concrete distribution system,aiming to provide reference for similar engineering construction.
