白鹤滩水电站左岸厂区帷幕灌浆水泥损耗分析与研究

摘要 帷幕防渗工程中的水泥灌浆施工是最基本的基础处理手段。在水泥灌浆施工过程中,可灌性较差的岩体灌浆水泥损耗居高不下是灌浆工程普遍存在的现状,也是摆在灌浆工程施工管理者面前的一大难题。阐述了对白鹤滩水电站左岸厂区防渗排水系统帷幕灌浆的施工过程,从制浆、供浆、灌浆施工过程、施工工艺、施工环境、特殊地质岩性等各方面对水泥损耗进行了系统分析,找出了帷幕灌浆施工水泥损耗的根本原因,针对帷幕灌浆施工过程中存在水泥损耗的各个环节分别制定了切实可行的改进措施和方法,有效地降低了水泥损耗。 The cement grouting construction in curtain seepage control project is the most basic foundation treatment method.In the process of cement grouting construction,the high loss of grouting cement in rock mass with poor groutability is a common situation in grouting engineering,and it is also a big problem in front of grouting construction managers.The construction process of curtain grouting for seepage control and drainage system in the left bank powerhouse of Baihetan Hydropower Station is described.The cement loss is systematically analyzed from the aspects of pulping,slurry supply,grouting construction process,construction technology,construction environment,special geological lithology,etc.,and the root cause of cement loss during curtain grouting construction is found out.Aiming at each process of cement loss in curtain grouting construction process,feasible improvement measures and methods are formulated respectively to effectively reduce cement loss.
